CoachLogik is an AI-powered platform for strength training that connects coaches and athletes through intelligent programming, real-time feedback, and performance analytics. We're a small team building something we wish existed when we were coaching—replacing messy spreadsheets and fragmented messaging with a cohesive, AI-native system.
The Role
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager who lives at the intersection of fitness and tech. You aren't just running ads; you're building the growth engine for a product that changes how athletes train. You'll own the full AARRR funnel and use a mix of data-driven experimentation and high-quality fitness storytelling to grow our community.
What You'll Work On
- Founder-Level Growth: Architect growth strategies across paid (Meta/Google), organic (SEO), and lifecycle (Email/WhatsApp) to reach coaches and high-performance athletes.
- Community Distribution: Get deep into the trenches of Reddit, Discord, and niche strength training forums to build organic trust and high-intent loops.
- AI-Native Content: Use agentic LLM workflows and AI tools to generate high-velocity technical fitness content, ad creatives, and landing pages.
- The Aha! Moment: Work with product to refine the self-serve onboarding flow, ensuring coaches see the value of our AI programming immediately.
- Data & Performance: Track and optimize SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR) to guide our weekly growth sprints.

- Fitness DNA: You understand the world of strength training, periodization, and the specific pain points coaches face.
- AI-First Mindset: You're comfortable using AI tools to move faster and don't wait for a designer to ship assets.
- SaaS Savvy: You deeply understand the subscription lifecycle and how to drive retention in a prosumer software environment.
- Ownership: You take total responsibility for your KPIs. In a small team, your impact is immediate and visible.
- Location: Immediate availability to join the team in our HSR Layout, Bengaluru office.

Nice to Have
- Direct experience as a coach or athlete.
- Previous experience in Sports Tech or a high-growth AI startup.
- A fitness-related side project or social media following you've built.
