Job Description

This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients.

Role Overview:

The Head of Operations will be responsible for expediting and driving operational excellence across all departments including Liaison, Business Development, Sales, CRM, Projects, HR, Finance, and Compliance. The candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, ensuring adherence to company goals, and building a high-performance culture. This role requires strong business acumen, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, monitor, and manage end-to-end operations across departments ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution of business plans.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks, and performance monitoring systems.
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and resource utilization without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align targets with overall business objectives and ensure accountability through KPIs and KRAs.
  • Build strong vendor, government, and stakeholder relationships to support project approvals, partnerships, and business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, resolve conflicts, and ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Support senior management in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and operational intelligence.
  • Foster a culture of discipline, transparency, and collaboration within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Construction/Infrastructure/related field.
  • MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 Institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, NITIE, or equivalent).
  • Experience:
  • 1012 years of progressive experience in real estate, infrastructure, or allied industries.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-department operations, project execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Dynamic personality with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • High degree of integrity, ownership, and result orientation

Experience Required: 1012 Years

Preferred Qualification: B.E/B.Tech + MBA from Tier-1 Institutes (IIT/IIM/XLRI/ISB/NITIE or equivalent)
