Job Title: Operations Head Event Management

Company: Prominence Brands Services Pvt Ltd

Location: Bangalore (willing to travel)

Reporting To: CEO / Managing Director

Job Summary:

The Operations Head at Prominence Brands Services Pvt Ltd will oversee the end-to-end operations of our event management business, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery of events. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, operational excellence, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile events while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the operations team to ensure smooth workflow across all events.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and SOPs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales, creative, logistics, and vendor management teams to ensure cohesive event execution.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of services and materials.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of events.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations for all events.
  • Analyse event performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management operations, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events, budgets, and teams.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as per event requirements.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays during events.
