Job Summary:
The Operations Head at Prominence Brands Services Pvt Ltd will oversee the end-to-end operations of our event management business, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery of events. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, operational excellence, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile events while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the operations team to ensure smooth workflow across all events.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and SOPs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales, creative, logistics, and vendor management teams to ensure cohesive event execution.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of services and materials.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations for all events.
- Analyse event performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client experience.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale events, budgets, and teams.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as per event requirements.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays during events.
