Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Operations, located in Noida. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and motivating teams, implementing and optimizing operational procedures, maintaining budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and improving overall efficiency. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and communicating effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
