Head of Operations

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Operations to lead and manage end-to-end operational functions. The ideal candidate should come from a manufacturing background, with strong experience in warehousing, inventory management, distribution, and online business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall operations across manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
• Ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, procurement, logistics, and business teams.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, stock movement, storage, dispatch, and replenishment.
• Manage and optimize operational processes for the company's online and offline business channels.
• Have hands-on experience in managing and implementing POS systems across multiple business locations or channels.
• Ensure accurate inventory syncing between warehouses, POS systems, and online sales channels.
• Work closely with technology and finance teams to ensure operational systems and processes are functioning effectively.
• Identify process gaps, improve operational efficiency, and reduce wastage and operational costs.
• Monitor key operational metrics and take ownership of service levels, productivity, and overall execution.
• Build and manage high-performing operations teams across different functions and locations.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and operational controls.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in a manufacturing-based organization.
• Experience in managing large-scale warehousing and inventory operations.
• Exposure to online/e-commerce business operations and order fulfilment.
• Hands-on experience in managing POS systems, including inventory integration and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, distribution, and operational planning.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple operational locations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex operational challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
  
  

Preferred Experience: Candidates from manufacturing businesses with a combination of warehousing, retail/POS, and online business operations experience will be preferred.
