Job Summary

The Head Operations will oversee end-to-end operations for the interior hardware fittings trading business, including procurement, supply chain, inventory, logistics, quality control, and cost optimization. The role ensures timely product availability, efficient order fulfillment, strong vendor management, and seamless coordination with sales and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and dispatch operations
• Lead supply chain planning and vendor management
• Monitor operational KPIs, costs, and process efficiency
• Ensure quality standards, compliance, and operational risk management
• Lead and develop the operations team and coordinate cross-functionally

Requirements

• 510 years of experience in operations within interior hardware, building materials, or allied industries
• Strong expertise in supply chain, inventory control, and cost optimization
• Proficiency in ERP/MIS and strong leadership skills
• Engineering graduate; MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) preferred
