Job Description

The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing the daily operations

of the firm and ensuring that all projects run smoothly. This includes

overseeing project timelines, budgets, teams, vendors, and overall

coordination between design and execution teams.

The goal of this role is to ensure projects are completed on time, within

budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of architecture, interiors, and

construction projects.

Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.

Track project budgets and control costs.

Coordinate between architects, site engineers, contractors, and

vendors.

Ensure quality standards are maintained at site.

Resolve operational issues and delays.

Manage and guide the operations team.

Set performance goals for project teams.

Handle vendor negotiations and procurement coordination.

Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.

Support in client meetings when required.

Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), PGDM, PGP, Master of Public Administration (MPA), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS), Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX)
