Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Head of Operations at Insightzz. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring efficient communication, and budgeting for operational needs.

Qualifications

• Operations Management and Team Management skills
• Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
• Budgeting experience
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in operations management
• Experience in handling multiple functions team - design, production, projects and PLC.

Alternate Saturday Working.

CTC: 30- 35 lakh per annum
