Job Description

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Lead daytoday operations across IPD, OPD, Housekeeping, and F&B.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction, smooth workflows, and NABH compliance.
  • Oversee patient admission, transfer, discharge, and billing coordination.
  • Monitor bed management, service readiness, and support functions.
  • Coordinate with clinical and nursing teams to resolve grievances.
  • Enhance OPD patient flow, appointment scheduling, and frontoffice efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement for service efficiency and patient convenience.
  • Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, infection control, and housekeeping audits.
  • Manage housekeeping vendors for performance and cost optimization.
  • Supervise F&B services, ensuring timely, hygienic, and nutritious meals.
  • Ensure FSSAI and NABH adherence for food safety standards.
  • Implement SOPs, conduct internal audits, and drive quality improvements.
  • Prepare departments for NABH surveillance and reaccreditation.
  • Lead operational teams, ensuring manpower planning and performance monitoring.
  • Drive a culture of service excellence and patientcentric care.
  • Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and implement costoptimization initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Operations should have:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.
  • Preferred qualifications: MBA/MHA/PGDHM from a reputed institute.
  • 18-20 years of relevant experience in hospital operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, decisionmaking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of hospital workflows, quality norms, and process improvement.
  • Ability to manage crises, drive service excellence, and lead diverse teams.
