Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a operations professional with deep expertise in Fire Protection Systems for high-rise buildings. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, team leadership, cost and quality control, and customer coordination across multiple ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of FPS projects across multiple sites
- Must have experience in handling large in-house execution teams
- Manage residential and commercial high-rise FPS installations end-to-end
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Billing, and PMC teams for seamless
- execution
- Ensure JMS tracking, BOQ compliance, WIP updates, and material reconciliation
- Taking responsible for project budgeting, billing milestones, and profitability
- Conduct periodic site audits to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery
- Manage multiple project teams and site staff across various locations
- Drive timeline adherence, manpower planning, and performance reviews
Required Experience & Skills:
- B.E. / B.Tech /M Tech in Mechanical
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Fire Protection Systems project
- management
- Must have handled in-house manpower (fitters, welders, supervisors, etc.)
- Proven track record in high-rise residential & commercial building projects
- Expertise in planning, execution, and billing of FPS projects
- Proficient in NBC, IS, NFPA codes, and safety compliance standards
- Strong command over managing multiple projects and site teams simultaneously
- Familiarity with ERP-based tracking, documentation, and dashboards
