Operations Head
Brand 247
Brand 247 is an ad inventory and distribution company operating across owned and brokered media assets including digital standees, billboards, TV, cinema, print, and OOH. The Operations Head is responsible for one thing above all else: everything sold must be delivered exactly as promised.
This role exists to protect credibility, timelines, and execution quality as the company scales.
Role purpose
To manage end-to-end execution of all advertising inventory and ensure zero delivery failures, clean coordination with vendors, and smooth internal handoffs between sales, commercial, and finance.
If something goes live late, runs incorrectly, or creates client friction, this role owns the fix.
Key responsibilities
Campaign execution
Oversee execution of all booked ad campaigns across formats
Ensure correct placement, timing, rotation, and removal of creatives
Track live, upcoming, and completed campaigns daily
Inventory and vendor management
Coordinate with OOH vendors, TV channels, cinema partners, print houses, and on-ground teams
Maintain clear visibility of inventory availability and conflicts
Negotiate execution timelines and ensure vendor commitments are met
Internal coordination
Work closely with Sales Head and Chief of Commercial on handover of confirmed deals
Coordinate with Finance for invoicing triggers and delivery confirmation
Ensure no campaign starts without clear payment and approval status
Process and control
Build simple, repeatable execution processes
Create checklists and tracking systems to avoid errors
Prepare delivery reports and proof of execution for clients
Issue resolution
Handle escalations calmly and fast
Fix problems without pushing blame
Protect client trust at all times

Zero missed or delayed campaigns
Clear visibility of all live inventory
No confusion between sales promises and delivery reality
Vendors respond faster because processes are tight
Clients trust Brand 247 to execute without follow-ups
Who should apply
3 to 7 years experience in operations, media execution, OOH, events, or logistics
Strong vendor handling and coordination skills
Comfortable working under pressure and tight timelines
Detail-oriented and process driven
Clear communicator with a high ownership mindset
Experience in advertising, media, or large-scale coordination roles is preferred but not mandatory if execution strength is proven.

Compensation
Monthly salary
50,000 to 80,000 fixed
Performance incentive
10,000 to 30,000 per month
Linked to delivery accuracy, timelines, and client satisfaction
Salary will be finalized based on experience and execution capability.

Reports to the Chief of Commercial
Works closely with Sales, Finance, and Leadership
