About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations Banqueting & Catering to lead and oversee large-scale luxury banquets, weddings, and high-end events. The role requires strong operational leadership, client management expertise, and deep experience in luxury hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations for luxury banquets, weddings, and large-scale events
- Manage planning, execution, and delivery of premium indoor and outdoor catering events
- Oversee banquet operations, logistics, staffing, vendor coordination, and budgeting
- Ensure exceptional guest experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards
- Collaborate with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver bespoke events
- Maintain cost controls, quality benchmarks, and operational efficiency
- Handle multiple events simultaneously across locations when required
- Build, train, and manage high-performing operational teams
Candidate Profile
- 815 years of experience in luxury banqueting, weddings, and event operations
- Background from 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality brands, or premium outdoor catering companies
- Strong understanding of large-format weddings, social events, and corporate banquets
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
