Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of industrial operations across multiple plants including manufacturing, safety, ops excellence and quality control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet financial targets.
  • Drive innovation and implement best practices in industrial operation

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you are:

  • A fulltime engineering degree and MBA is preferred
  • A professional with atleast 25 years of overall exp and worked in industries such as Agri Processing, Chemicals, F&B, Food Ingredients, Paints and Lubricants
  • someone who demonstrated success in multi-plant leadership, operations excellence and IR management.
  • someone with strong exposure to capex projects, automation, plant ramp-up and technology adoption.
  • Someone with experience applying Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or global operational excellence systems.
  • an expert in safety, quality systems, engineering and regulatory frameworks.
