Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead our overall marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.
- Lead brand positioning, communication planning, and identity management across all channels.
- Oversee digital marketing, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content, and online reputation.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns.
- Lead market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to guide product and market decisions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and senior leadership for integrated growth strategies.
- Manage agency partners for creative, digital, PR, events, and media planning.
- Drive campaigns, product launches, events, and brand activations.
- Build and mentor a strong marketing team focused on creativity, innovation, and data-driven execution.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality brand messaging across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, or digital strategy (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Proven track record of leading successful marketing strategies and brand initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and convert insights into actions.
