Role Overview
TRUGlobal is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead global B2B marketing strategy and execution for our technology services and platform offerings. This role will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, brand positioning, and demand generation across enterprise CIO and IT leadership audiences.
Must-Have Skills
- B2B Technology Marketing Expertise Proven experience marketing enterprise IT products, platforms, or services to CIOs and IT leaders.
- Demand Generation & ABM Strong hands-on experience with pipeline-driven marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and lead-to-revenue alignment with sales teams.
- Services & Platform Positioning Ability to translate complex technologies such as AIOps, IT Ops, Cloud, ITSM, ERP/CRM (SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce), AI, Analytics & Automation into compelling value propositions.
- Digital & Growth Marketing Strong experience in SEO, LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, marketing automation, and marketing analytics.
Nice to Have
- Content & Thought Leadership: Experience creating high-impact assets such as whitepapers, playbooks, campaigns, and executive messaging.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Leadership teams to drive unified go-to-market outcomes.
- Industry Visibility: Experience leading marketing for industry events, analyst engagement, and awards (e.g., Pink ITSM Conference, Stevie Awards).
Key Outcomes
- Build and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
- Strengthen the global brand presence of TRUGlobal in enterprise IT services and platforms.
- Drive high-impact campaigns, thought leadership, and event-based marketing targeting global enterprise clients.
Experience: 15+ years in B2B technology marketing with leadership responsibility preferred.
