Head of Marketing

This is an early-stage startup role and we are not offering a salary at this time.

Compensation will be provided in the form of ESOP (equity ownership), giving you the opportunity to grow with the company and benefit from its long-term success. As we secure funding or generate revenue, a structured salary will be introduced.

Think Decor is redefining the interior design and home décor industry through AI and AR technology. Our mission is to bring the showroom to the customer's home, enabling users to visualize, design, and purchase décor products digitally while helping brands showcase their catalogs without physical limitations.

We are looking for a visionary and execution-driven Head of Marketing to lead and build Think Decor's brand from the ground up. This is a founding-level role, ideal for someone who wants to be part of a high-growth startup journey and is comfortable working in an equity-based structure in the early stage.

• Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy (awareness → acquisition → retention)
• Build and manage Think Decor's presence across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Plan and execute creative and performance-driven campaigns
• Lead content strategy, including short-form video, reels, and product storytelling
• Drive B2B marketing efforts to onboard décor brands and partners
• Manage SEO, paid ads, influencer collaborations, and PR
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights
• Build and lead a future marketing team
• Collaborate closely with product and tech teams to align marketing with AI/AR features

• Experience in marketing, branding, or growth roles (startup experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
• Creative thinker with strong execution skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in marketing tools and performance tracking
• Passion for startups, design, or technology (AI/AR is a plus)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
