Key Responsibilities
1.Product Marketing
- Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions across product lines
- Lead product launches and GTM in partnership with Product and Sales
- Create persona-driven collateral: decks, one-pagers, use cases, and battlecards
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and win/loss analysis
- Drive in-product comms and feature adoption strategies
2.Demand Generation
- Own global pipeline generation through paid, SEO, content, ABM, and email
- Build full-funnel campaigns optimized for MQL, SQL, and ARR targets
- Set up attribution, analytics, and campaign automation using HubSpot (or equivalent)
- Partner with Sales to improve MQLSQL conversion and feedback loops
- Hire and lead performance marketers, campaign managers, and content specialists
3.Brand, PR & Communications
- Define and evolve Spyne's brand in U.S., EU, and India markets
- Lead PR for launches, funding, partnerships, and founder features
- Build and manage media relationships, PR agencies, and analyst networks
- Drive thought leadership via content, panels, podcasts, and opinion articles
4.Community Building (India Focus)
- Grow an active dealer community through meetups, webinars, forums
- Launch dealer WhatsApp groups, newsletters, and ambassador programs
- Build India's first auto retail exhibition modeled after NADA/NIADA
- Turn top dealers into advocates, speakers, and brand champions
5.Content & Social Media
- Manage content calendar aligned with GTM, product, and brand goals
- Own presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram
- Produce high-quality short-form content: videos, reels, case studies
- Track engagement, experiment with formats, and optimize for reach
6.Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define marketing OKRs and drive alignment across GTM teams
- Build and scale a world-class marketing org across India and the U.S.
- Hire top talent across product marketing, growth, content, and events
- Own marketing budget and drive ROI across all functions
- Report directly to the CEO and be part of leadership decision-making
7.Category Creation & Education
- Position Spyne as the category leader in AI-powered Auto Retail
- Launch market education campaigns: reports, guides, state-of-industry content
- Build ecosystem partnerships with dealer networks and auto platforms
- Drive engagement with influencers, analysts, and industry associations
8.Customer Marketing
- Turn customers into evangelists via case studies, testimonials, events
- Build a reference engine to accelerate sales cycles
- Launch referral and upsell campaigns to boost retention and ACV
- Collaborate with CS to convert promoters into active brand assets

- Built and scaled full-funnel marketing enginesowning brand, product marketing, and demand generation
- Launched GTM for new products or markets, especially in the U.S. or other developed geographies
- Owned a pipeline target and delivered measurable revenue impact from marketing-led efforts
- Run integrated campaigns across paid, content, SEO, events, and emailand tracked attribution to the dollar
- Written positioning and messaging from scratch, and equipped Sales with pitch decks, one-pagers, and battlecards
- Built organic momentumthrough campaigns, content, community, or thought leadership
- Created buzz and press by crafting angles journalists care about, and getting top-tier coverage without relying solely on agencies
- Rolled up your sleeves to get from zero to 100 engaged users in a vertical, using storytelling, hustle, and listening
- Built or nurtured customer communities or advocacy programswhether it was called that or not
- Managed teams and agencies, but are just as comfortable writing a tweet, editing a blog, or drafting a press pitch yourself
You're Likely not a fit If You
- Need a large team or agency to execute the basics
- View marketing as support rather than a revenue-driving function
- Believe brand = aesthetics and demand gen = paid ads
- Aren't hands-on with tools like HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Canva, etc.
- Struggle to switch gears between execution, strategy, and cross-functional leadership
Preferred background:
- 812 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or Auto/Mobility Tech
- Tier 1 MBA with post MBA experience in Marketing & Branding preferred, but not necessaryexecution and outcomes matter more
- Proven track record of owning ARR-influencing metrics, not just vanity metrics
- Experience across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Brand/Comms
- Prior exposure to the U.S./EU markets, either through campaign execution or GTM ownership
- Strong portfolio of launches, campaigns, content, and outcomes
- Experience building or scaling a marketing org from early to growth stage
- Bonus: Experience in automotive, marketplace, or dealership ecosystem
