Opportunity

As our Head of Marketing and Sales, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our marketing strategy in India, establishing ASENBE as a leader in the clinical-luxury dermatology segment. This is more than a role; it&aposs an opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing company. You will collaborate closely with our R&D team, define our sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and cultivate strong relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Positioning and Presence :

  • Develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies and business models based on deep market insights.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute a comprehensive medical marketing mix to drive brand market share growth and leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with company objectives.
  • Incorporate customer feedback and market trends through formal research and analysis.

Customer Relationship And Stakeholder Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), positioning company as the preferred partner in topical dermatology.
  • Engage with major customers and support market teams in achieving business goals through participation in CMEs, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Sales Reporting And Analysis

  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to the management team.
  • Monitor sales performance, track sales activities, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize sales data and analytics to drive informed business decisions.

Leadership And Talent Development

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance organizational capability and develop future leaders.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and provide effective training on marketing communication.

Compliance And Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, documentation, and reports.
  • Uphold legal and ethical guidelines in all promotional activities.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree in pharmacy, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and sales, with a proven track record in dermatology brand management and marketing strategy.
  • Fluency in English and local languages (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka.
