Who You Are
- You bring 4-7 years of GTM experience in SaaS for US market with a proven numbers to to take revenue morethan $5Mn for seed/series A company. Also, You have worked with US based startup to scale GTM.
- Skilled at building and managing different channels - Paid, Partnership, Outbound, SEO, social, etc.
- You know how to identify, manage, and collaborate with agencies, contractors, and consultants to bring high-impact projects to life.
- You thrive in early-stage environments, ready to own projects end-to-end, drive rapid growth, and build out the GTM function into a scalable operation.
What You'll Do
- As Zinance's founding GTM hire, you'll be a one-person powerhouse, establishing and refining GTM processes to drive rapid growth.
- Take charge of the outbound campaigns end-to-end, from lead gen to data scrapping/extracting contacts, setting up the campaigns with sequences, experimenting with copies and measuring results via booked calls.
- Setup, run and optimize cross-channel campaigns & Ads to maximize conversions.
- Initiate & nurture partnerships with relevant VCs and accelerators to increase visibility and create value for customers.
- Conduct growth tests, A/B campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM) to engage target clients and increase booked sales calls.
- Have hands on SEO, Social, LLM, events, etc
- Identify, hire, and coordinate with agencies/contractors and consultants to expand capabilities and execute targeted growth initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of the US ecosystem to enhance Zinance's positioning, ensuring strategies align with market needs and trends.
