The Role
As we scale, we're hiring a Head of Marketing & Partnerships to lead our brand, storytelling, and growth across digital channels, media ecosystems, and strategic collaborations.
This is a digital-first leadership role for someone who is social-media obsessed, analytically sharp, and creatively fearless. You'll shape Kaleidoscope's narrative, build its community, and drive partnerships that position us as a global voice in sustainability and innovation.

- Digital marketing strategy
- Content and storytelling
- Tier 1 media and PR
- Brand partnerships & ecosystem building

What You'll Do
Digital Marketing & Social Media (Core)
- Own and lead Kaleidoscope's digital marketing strategy end-to-end.
- Build and run campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok with consistency, creativity, and data-led iteration.
- Analyse performance, optimise content, and stay ahead of platform trends.
- Collaborate with video, design, and production partners to produce high-quality, high-impact content.
Brand & Communications Leadership
- Shape and evolve Kaleidoscope's global brand identity.
- Build marketing funnels around masterclasses, events, and thought leadership.
- Manage newsletters, copywriting, and digital assets across channels.
Media Relations & PR
- Lead Tier 1 media engagement (FT, Bloomberg, Forbes, BBC, Guardian, etc.).
- Support the founder with interviews, op-eds, and public narrative building.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
- Forge partnerships with brands, NGOs, universities, and platforms aligned to Kaleidoscope's mission.
- Manage sponsorships for Kaleidoscope Salons, book events, and global conversations.
Bonus:
- Experience supporting author/book tours or large-scale speaker campaigns.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Who You Are
- 8-12+ years in marketing, brand, or partnerships, ideally across sustainability, innovation, tech, or mission-driven sectors.
- Digital marketing expertise is a must - you live and breathe digital strategy, analytics, and campaign design.
- Social-media obsessed - you understand LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok at an intuitive level and know how to grow communities.
- Proven experience running integrated multichannel campaigns and commercially savvy.
- Strong track record with Tier 1 media and PR strategy.
- A creative strategist who can turn complexity into stories.
- A partnership builder with strong relationship instincts.
- Passionate about sustainability, equity, and high-quality storytelling.
