The Head of Marketing Operations will be responsible for overseeing the marketing operations function, ensuring that marketing processes, technology, and team performance align with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing operations, capable of leading a team and driving operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing operations strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage the marketing operations team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring tools are utilized effectively and integrated properly.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and finance to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively within the marketing operations function.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in marketing operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6-11 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
