Job Description

The Marketing Head will lead the strategic marketing function for NMTronics India, driving brand visibility, demand generation, and business growth across its diverse technology offerings. This role is responsible for defining the company's marketing vision, aligning campaigns with organizational goals, and ensuring measurable impact on revenue, customer engagement, and market positioning.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for NMTronics diverse offerings.

Brand & Communications

  • Strengthen NMTronics corporate and product brand presence across digital and offline channels.
  • Oversee PR, social media, website, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Manage thought leadership activities, including whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.

Demand Generation & Lead Management

  • Drive B2B lead generation campaigns targeting Manufacturing, Automation, Solar, EV, and SMT sectors.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide business strategy and product positioning.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.

Budget & ROI Management

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation across campaigns.
  • Measure and report ROI of marketing initiatives to leadership.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and technology partners

Education Qualification

MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or related field

BTech / BE / Engineering degree with relevant marketing experience will also be considered, especially for candidates with B2B, industrial, or technical marketing expertise (Mandatory). 8-10 Years of exp.

Location : Noida, CTC range Upto 20 LPA
