Position Overview-
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Marketing Head to lead the marketing and brand-building initiatives across the KR Mangalam World Schools network. The role demands a results-driven leader who can blend traditional school marketing with modern digital strategies, drive admissions growth, strengthen brand visibility, and engage parents, students, and the wider community effectively.
Key Responsibilities-
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy for KR Mangalam World Schools across multiple campuses.
- Drive student admissions growth through innovative campaigns, parent engagement initiatives, and community outreach.
- Position KR Mangalam World Schools as a leading brand in K-12 education in Delhi NCR and other expansion cities.
Brand & Communications
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all campuses, ensuring alignment with the group's vision and values.
- Oversee internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, parent communications, and reputation management.
- Build thought-leadership campaigns highlighting academic excellence, extracurricular achievements, and student success stories.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, influencer tie-ups) focused on generating high-quality leads for admissions.
- Manage the schools website, ensuring it remains updated, user-friendly, and aligned with parent needs.
- Develop a strong social media presence that highlights student activities, achievements, and the unique culture of KR Mangalam.
Admissions & Outreach
- Design and execute admissions marketing campaigns (online and offline) to meet enrolment targets.
- Collaborate closely with principals and admissions teams to track lead-to-conversion funnels and optimize processes.
- Build relationships with feeder schools, parent communities, and education consultants.
Events & Community Engagement
- Conceptualize and oversee impactful school events, open houses, competitions, and cultural programs that enhance visibility.
- Strengthen alumni engagement and leverage success stories for brand-building.
- Drive partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and media to increase visibility.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and parent surveys to refine positioning and offerings.
- Track ROI on campaigns through analytics dashboards; regularly report insights to leadership.
- Leverage data-driven strategies to enhance lead generation, parent satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
Qualifications & Experience-
- Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in education, premium services, or consumer sectors.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
