Role Description

The Head of Marketing at MindInventory will oversee and coordinate the entire marketing strategy, setting both short-term and long-term objectives to drive brand positioning and growth. As part of the role, responsibilities include leading end-to-end marketing initiatives, conducting market research, creating detailed market plans, managing public relations activities, and working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. This full-time position is on-site and located in Ahmedabad, offering the opportunity to work at the heart of a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Should have minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing within the IT industry.
  • Proven experience in both IT Services Marketing and SaaS/Product Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, brand positioning, and growth marketing strategies.
  • Experience in driving inbound and outbound marketing campaigns for global markets.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, performance marketing, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Experience managing lead generation, pipeline growth, CAC, ROI, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams for growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign management tools.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, SaaS, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and result-oriented professional.
  • Build and execute overall marketing plans to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
  • Drive pipeline generation and marketing-qualified leads through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives for SaaS products.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for new features, product enhancements, and service offerings.
  • Define ICPs, buyer personas, customer journeys, and value propositions.
  • Develop marketing collateral including pitch decks, case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials.
  • Manage SEO, paid marketing, content strategy, social media, and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, lead funnels, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and external agency partnerships.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and generate business opportunities.
