Join Our Team as Head of Marketing (HOM)
Gravity Business Process Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing (HOM) to lead and scale marketing delivery across multiple contracted organizations. This is a senior leadership role based within a fast-growing, multi-client business environment, offering the opportunity to build high-impact B2B marketing engines that directly contribute to revenue and pipeline growth.
Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for defining marketing strategy, building and managing high-performing marketing teams, and executing measurable B2B growth initiatives for each organization where Gravity BP has active contracts. You will work closely with senior leadership, product teams, sales, and external partners to ensure marketing execution is aligned with business objectives and contractual commitments.
This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, execution discipline, and commercial focus.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership & Multi-Client Delivery
- Own end-to-end marketing delivery across all contracted organizations in line with agreed scopes and outcomes
- Establish a strong operating rhythm with Management, Product, and Application teams
- Build and maintain structured annual marketing calendars for each organization
Strategy, Planning & Budget Ownership
- Develop annual marketing strategies including positioning, messaging, ICP definition, channel mix, and campaign plans
- Own and manage annual marketing budgets, including internal cost allocation and external vendor spend
- Track performance using dashboards and KPIs; drive continuous optimization and corrective actions
Team Building & People Management
- Hire, manage, and scale marketing specialists aligned to individual organizations (shared services where applicable)
- Lead the content creation team to ensure consistent quality, volume, and messaging
- Define KPIs, workflows, approval processes, and performance standards for the marketing function
B2B Growth Execution (Brand, ABM & Demand Generation)
- Drive B2B branding initiatives including value proposition, messaging consistency, and thought leadership
- Lead LinkedIn-led growth strategies covering content engines, campaigns, outreach, and analytics
- Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs with clear targeting, personalization, and measurement
- Own inbound and outbound lead generation with a strong focus on pipeline contribution
Digital Foundations: Website, SEO & Analytics
- Oversee website development, maintenance, and conversion optimization
- Own SEO and GEO strategy through internal teams and external partners
- Ensure robust analytics setup including GA, tracking pixels, UTMs, and conversion reporting
Vendor & Partner Management
- Deliver marketing commitments through a mix of internal teams and external vendors
- Manage vendor contracts, SOWs, KPIs, SLAs, and delivery timelines
- Ensure quality execution, performance accountability, and cost efficiency
Event Marketing Support
- Plan and promote exhibitions, webinars, seminars, and industry events in collaboration with product teams
- Execute pre-event campaigns, audience targeting, and post-event lead follow-up workflows
- Improve engagement and conversion through structured event journeys
CRM-Based Lead Management & Sales Collaboration
- Establish and enforce CRM processes for marketing-generated leads
- Ensure CRM hygiene, reporting discipline, and SLA adherence
- Align closely with sales teams on lead qualification, follow-ups, and opportunity conversion
Marketing Automation & AI Enablement
- Partner with IT & Digitization teams to automate repetitive marketing workflows
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, personalization, reporting, and lead scoring
- Support development and adoption of new AI-driven marketing solutions
Qualifications & Skills
- 812+ years of experience in B2B marketing (industrial, technology, engineering, or services preferred)
- Proven experience building and leading in-house teams and managing external vendors
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Branding and positioning
- LinkedIn-led growth strategies
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Inbound and outbound lead generation
- Website management and conversion optimization
- SEO and GEO
- CRM-driven lead management and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills in multi-client environments
- Strong analytical mindset with clear KPI ownership
Tools & Platforms (Preferred)
- CRM platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, or equivalent
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator
- Website CMS: WordPress, Webflow, or similar
- Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager
- Marketing automation and email platforms
- AI tools for marketing execution, automation, and reporting
