Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, consumer engagement, and retail marketing initiatives across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of luxury brand sensibility, data-driven thinking, and a deep appreciation for food and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Communication:

  • Define and execute the brand positioning, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Lead brand storytelling, content creation, and campaign development to build aspiration and trust.
  • Drive collaborations with chefs, influencers, and premium lifestyle brands.

Retail Marketing:

  • Develop and execute in-store marketing, visual merchandising, and consumer experience strategies.
  • Plan store launches, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs to drive footfall and repeat purchase.
  • Partner with retail operations to ensure consistent brand experience across all stores.

Digital & Performance Marketing:

  • Oversee the brand's online presence, including website, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Drive digital campaigns, SEO, CRM, and analytics to build awareness and conversion.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and creative partners.

Consumer Insights & Strategy:

  • Understand evolving consumer behavior in the luxury and gourmet food segment.
  • Use data and insights to shape product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a marketing team across brand, digital, and retail verticals.
  • Work closely with founders and category heads to align marketing with business goals.

Desired Profile

  • 1015 years of experience in marketing for luxury retail, gourmet, lifestyle, or premium FMCG brands.
  • Proven track record of building aspirational brands and driving customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of digital, retail, and experiential marketing.
  • Creative thinker with commercial acumen and a passion for food and design.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
