Electriva is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence in the rapidly growing EV charging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies.
• Plan and manage digital, offline, and social media campaigns.
• Lead content, communication, and brand positioning initiatives.
• Manage and guide the marketing team to ensure effective execution and productivity.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Business Development, and Design for seamless campaign execution.
• Drive lead generation, customer engagement, and market visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on data and insights.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in EV, energy, mobility, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Basic to good understanding of the EV charging and clean energy ecosystem.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Proven knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and lead people effectively.
• Self-driven, creative, and result-oriented approach.
