Job Description

  • We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and accelerate our growth in the D2C/B2C space. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in EdTech or HRTech, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital channels, and brand building. This role demands a strategic leader who can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy aligned with business goals and user growth targets.
  • Leverage market insights, user data, and competitive analysis to shape go-to-market plans.

Team Leadership:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, performance, and brand functions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

Brand & Positioning:

  • Define and evolve brand identity to resonate with target audiences (students, job seekers, professionals).
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and campaigns.

Performance & Growth Marketing:

  • Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to improve engagement and retention.

Digital & Content Strategy:

  • Lead digital marketing efforts across web, mobile, and social platforms.
  • Oversee content strategy to support thought leadership, lead generation, and community building.

Analytics & Insights:

  • Set and track KPIs across campaigns and channels.
  • Use data to refine strategies, improve ROI, and report performance to leadership.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize impact.
  • Allocate resources across channels based on performance and strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with 2+ years in leadership roles in EdTech or HRTech.
  • Proven success in scaling D2C/B2C products and building consumer brands.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance metrics, and user acquisition strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for innovation, storytelling, and creating meaningful user experiences.
