With 80+ employees, we have established a strong product-market fit and are now entering a pivotal phase of global expansion. We are looking for a high-energy leader to take the reins of our marketing function, build a machine from the ground up, and drive tangible business growth.

The Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing who is part strategist, part creative, and revenue-focused. You will not be inheriting a business as usual playbook; you will be writing it.

You will lead a global team of 45 marketers across different time zones. Your primary directive is to bridge the gap between marketing and sales, utilising modern technology and high-touch events to generate leads and drive business development. This role requires a player-coach mentalityyou must be able to set the high-level strategy and execute the tactical work alongside your team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Build from Scratch: specific comprehensive global marketing plan that aligns with our revenue goals.
  • Budget Management: Own and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring high ROI across all spend.
  • Brand Positioning: Refine the Data Dynamics value proposition to cut through the noise in the competitive software landscape.

2. Demand Generation & Business Development

  • Pipeline Growth: Take ownership of lead generation targets. You are responsible for feeding the sales team with high-quality, actionable leads (MQLs and SQLs).
  • ABM (Account-Based Marketing): Execute targeted campaigns to penetrate key enterprise accounts.
  • Tech Stack Utilisation: Leverage modern Marketing Tech tools (CRM, Automation, Analytics) to track attribution and optimise the funnel.

3. Events & Experiential Marketing

  • High-Touch Events: Plan and execute a calendar of physical events, including intimate executive dinners, industry roundtables, and trade shows.
  • Networking: Act as a face of the company at major industry conferences, supporting the BD team in opening doors.

4. Global Team Leadership

  • Manage & Mentor: Lead a distributed team of 45 specialists (Content, Digital, Events) located in the UK, US, Middle East, India.
  • Cross-Cultural Coordination: Ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging for local nuances in our key global markets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in B2B Software/SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience taking a company from $10m to $50m+ is highly desirable.
  • Global DNA: Proven experience working with and managing global teams across different time zones and cultures.
  • Commercial Mindset: You view marketing through the lens of Business Development. You understand quotas, pipelines, and revenue attribution.
  • Event Expertise: Hands-on experience setting up and running successful ROI-driven events, specifically C-level dinners and networking functions.
  • Tech Savvy: Deep knowledge of current digital channels (LinkedIn, Search Engine Optimisation/Search Engine Marketing, Email) and the ability to exploit new technologies/tools, including AI, to gain a competitive edge.
  • Energy & Attitude: High energy, resilient, and adaptable. You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for permission to execute great ideas.
