Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Head to lead and elevate our brand's presence, drive consumer engagement, scale customer acquisition, and support business growth across both digital and offline channels. You will champion the company's mission and steer brand storytelling

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Lead the overall marketing strategy to grow brand awareness and market share across India.
  • Define positioning and messaging that reflects our brand values of transparency, good quality, and everyday health.
  • Develop multi-year marketing plans aligned with business goals and growth initiatives.

Digital & Growth Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing across performance channels (search, social, content, influencer, affiliate).
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle engagement strategies.
  • Set KPI frameworks, analytics, and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Brand Communications & Creative Direction

  • Lead brand communications, creative campaigns, and storytelling efforts both online and offline.
  • Spearhead content strategy, voice and tone across digital platforms, PR, and community channels.
  • Develop and manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, and partnerships.

Retail & Channel Marketing

  • Partner with offline retail, q-commerce, and e-commerce teams to amplify visibility and conversion.
  • Enable point-of-sale campaigns, in-store promotions, and strategic alliances.
  • Coordinate with category, sales, and distribution teams to align promotional activities.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance marketing team.
  • Manage external agencies, creative partners, and media planners.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to align marketing with product and operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in consumer brand marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership or management roles.
  • Experience in food & beverage, FMCG, D2C, or wellness categories strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in scaling brands and driving measurable growth.
