Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pulwama for the Head of Marketing at Cakesandbakeskashmir. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans, conducting market research to identify customer needs, and managing all marketing and public relations activities. In addition, the role includes overseeing sales growth efforts, managing campaigns, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals.

• Proven skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Experience in Market Research and analyzing consumer trends
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and fostering client relationships
• Strong abilities in Public Relations and managing the organization's image
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar senior-level marketing role is highly desirable
