Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy to architect, own, and scale the Resset brand across projects, platforms, and people. This is a leadership role focused on long-term brand equity, demand creation, and differentiation, not just lead generation

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute Resset's master brand strategy across luxury, premium, and affordable housing segments

Create clear brand positioning, narratives, and visual language for each project

Lead integrated marketing across digital, on-ground, experiential, PR, partnerships, and community building

Own end-to-end GTM strategy for new launches (pre-launch launch sustenance)

Build and mentor a high-performing in-house marketing team + agency ecosystem

Work closely with Founder, Sales, Design, and Projects teams to ensure brand consistency at every touchpoint

Track and improve brand health, recall, lead quality, CAC, and conversion metrics

Must-Have Qualifications

MBA in Marketing (formal education mandatory)

10+ years of proven experience in brand strategy & marketing leadership

Demonstrated ability to create visible differentiation (brand turnaround, category creation, premiumization, or scale)

Strong experience in real estate / luxury / consumer brands preferred

Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline

Ability to operate at both boardroom and ground level
