Head of Manufacturing

1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the precast factory team to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
2. Develop and implement annual budgets and forecasts for all the factories.
3. Manage all production operations, including procurement of raw materials, scheduling, quality control, and on time delivery.
4. Manage each factory's financial performance, including monitoring costs, revenues, and profitability
5. Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of production, engineering, and administrative staff
6. Ensure each factory complies with all relevant compliances of safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
7. Represent the Manufacturing capabilities in meetings with customers, suppliers, and industry organizations.
8. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the factory's competitiveness

Required Qualifications & Competency

- Bachelor's degree in civil/ mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field

- Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in the Precast concrete or construction materials industry (Cement, AAC Blocks, RMC, Concrete Batching Plant Manufacturers)

- Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a manufacturing environment

- Strong understanding of precast concrete production processes, quality control, supply chain management and Logistics

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making Skills

- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and project management.
