Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Maintenance, based in Tarapur (about 130 kms from Mumbai), Palghar The role involves overseeing and managing all maintenance operations within the production facility, including implementing preventive maintenance strategies, coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring smooth equipment functionality, and minimizing downtime. The Head of Maintenance will lead and manage a team, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Preventive Maintenance and general Maintenance & Repair practices
- Experience in Maintenance Management and executing maintenance strategies
- Proficient in Team Management with the ability to lead, train, and motivate team members
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality compliance standards in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing setup
- Effective communication and organizational skills
