Maintenance Head – CNC Machines (Stone Craft Division)
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Head to manage and enhance the performance of CNC machinery used in stone design and fabrication. The role focuses on ensuring high machine uptime, precision operations, and effective preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure smooth CNC operations.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues across CNC systems, including 5-axis machines, waterjet units, and polishing lines.
- Coordinate with external vendors for spare parts procurement and technology upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, performance records, and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with CNC or stone-processing machinery.
- Strong understanding of PLCs, servo systems, and calibration processes.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
