AAMATI Green is pioneering a new category of sustainable luxury materials by transforming mango biomass into a patented biopolymer leather alternative, developed in collaboration with CSIR–Central Leather Research Institute (CLRI).

We are now looking for a globally connected professional to lead luxury fashion partnerships and introduce AAMATI's material innovation to leading fashion houses, designers, and product development teams worldwide.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping the future of sustainable luxury materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with luxury fashion brands, designers, and sourcing teams globally

• Introduce AAMATI's mango-based material to product development and innovation teams

• Develop designer collaborations and capsule collections

• Manage brand outreach to fashion houses, studios, and sustainability teams

• Represent AAMATI within the global fashion ecosystem including design studios and industry events

• Convert brand interest into long-term supply collaborations

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in luxury fashion business development, sourcing, or brand partnerships

• Strong network within luxury fashion houses, design studios, or accessory brands

• Background in fashion innovation, sustainable materials, or textile sourcing preferred

• Comfortable communicating with creative directors, designers, and sustainability teams

• International outlook with strong communication and relationship-building skills
