Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasant Vihar for the position of Head of Legal Affairs. The selected individual will oversee all legal matters, ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, provide expert legal advice, and address intellectual property and patent-related issues. The role will require diligent management of legal documentation, contractual negotiations, and support to various business units to ensure risk management and adherence to legal frameworks.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Law and the ability to provide precise and professional Legal Advice
• Expertise in Corporate Governance, including compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Understanding of Intellectual Property and Patent Law with experience handling related matters
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; a Master's degree or specialization in Corporate or Intellectual Property Law is a plus
• Knowkledge of Litigation matters.
• Proven experience in corporate legal management, particularly in real estate or infrastructure sectors, preferred.
