Key Responsibilities
- To handle lease of all the Properties.
- Preparing Annual Operating Plan (Setting up of Department and Team Targets and the budgets required in coordination with the finance department.
- Development and implementation of marketing and sales plan through direct sales and broker network.
- Identification of new market opportunities for real estate development.
- Catalyzing strategies innovative project promotion concepts to increase sales growth.
- Looking into the entire marketing and corporate communication . This involves Brand Management, Media Buying/Planning, Creative Development, Advertising, Online Digital Marketing, PR, Website and Agency Handling.
- To pulse out market trends in terms of psychology behind decision making process suitably modify elements of marketing mix to always remain acceptable profitable in market (adaptability in terms of product / pricing vis a vis of competitors, promotion execution)
- Developing marketing communication, elaborating the offering to simplify overall purchasing process of client in shortest possible time and handling all CRM activities.
- Establish sales set up in terms of recruitment of staff / familiarity training to suit existing working, setting up implementation of working systems. Setting up of SOP's, KRA's.
- Creating Brand Identity and marketing collaterals for the project
- Setting up of new processes and systems in the dept. and introducing innovative methods and technological advancements
- Bi-monthly meetings with the mgt. and generating monthly management reports to review operations in terms of cost v/s yield.
- Any other task assigned by the management
Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- 15 25 years of experience in leasing (commercial, retail)
- Proven track record of closing high-value leasing deals
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics
- Leadership and team management experience
- Financial acumen and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Requirements
- Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree
- Experience in large real estate firms, malls, or commercial portfolios
- Strong industry network (brokers, retailers, corporate clients)
