Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify learning needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Manage and oversee the learning management system for seamless training delivery.
  • Lead a team of L&D professionals to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends in learning and development and integrate innovative practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements within the Pharmaceutical industry.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Atleast 15+ years of proven expertise in leading learning and development initiatives within the manufacturing industry
  • Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other L&D tools.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills to work across teams and manage staff.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements.
