Hiring: Sr Vice President / Associate Director Integrated Investment & Development Management (Mumbai)

We are working on a high-impact leadership mandate that combines Investment Management and Development Management into a single integrated role.

This position is ideal for someone who has end-to-end exposure across the real estate lifecyclefrom deal underwriting and financial modelling to design, development, and value creation.

The role involves:

• Leading investment analysis, underwriting, and deal execution
• Driving feasibility, financial modelling, and transaction structuring
• Overseeing design, approvals, and development execution
• Managing cost, risk, timelines, and stakeholder coordination
• Aligning development strategy with leasing and commercial outcomes

We are looking for professionals who bring a strong mix of analytical depth, commercial acumen, and on-ground development understanding, with prior experience across real estate investments, private equity, or development platforms.

Ideal Background:

• 1218+ years of experience
• Exposure to both investment and development roles
• Strong track record in financial modelling, deal execution, and project delivery
• Civil Engineering + MBA preferred
