The Muthoot Pappachen Group Family Office is seeking to appoint an experienced Head of Investments to lead and oversee the Group's investment strategy with a long-term, inter-generational perspective. This role is intended for a senior investment professional with a strong track record in capital allocation, disciplined risk management, and fiduciary stewardship. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a diversified investment portfolio spanning public markets, private equity, real assets, and strategic investments, while ensuring close alignment with the family's values, governance structures, and long-term legacy objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the overall investment strategy and asset allocation framework for the Family Office
- Oversee and manage investments across listed equities, fixed income, private equity, alternatives, and real assets
- Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and ensure prudent capital deployment
- Ensure effective risk management, portfolio diversification, and capital preservation across market cycles
- Work closely with family principals on governance, reporting, and long-term investment philosophy
- Build and maintain relationships with investment managers, advisors, and strategic partners
- Establish robust monitoring, performance reporting, and review processes
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and fiduciary responsibility
Candidate Profile
- 1520 years of experience in investments, asset management, private equity, or institutional portfolio management
- Prior experience working with Family Offices, promoters, or UHNI capital preferred
- Strong understanding of Indian and global financial markets
- Demonstrated track record of capital preservation and long-term wealth creation
- Sound judgment, analytical rigor, and a stewardship-oriented mindset
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
