To support our growth strategy and three-year plan to double our workforce in India, Jade Global seeks a highly experienced dynamic delivery leader for India for its ADM service line.

Job Overview

The Innovation Lab Head is responsible for driving a culture of innovation in the organization, help seed new ideas, develop prototypes, interact with field facing teams, internal CoE teams and customers and develop new avenues to enhance Jade standing with its customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

Innovation Lab Head:

• Work with teams to help drive and develop innovative solutions, tools and accelerators leveraging latest technologies
• Run idea generation competitions, hackathons internally within the organization.
• Work with Learning & Development department and other units to drive AI upskilling programs.
• Present thought leadership internal and external webinars/blogs/etc
• Work in collaboration with startups, universities to develop an ecosystem
• Help in presales cycle and presenting an innovation face of the company to customers
• Be a role model internally to help drive upskilling and innovation
• Mentor junior associates

Desired Candidate Profile

• 20-25 years of progressive experience within IT Services/product organizations.
• Proven success in developing and implementing effective strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to work in matrix organizations and ability to influence outcomes in teams not under direct reporting hierarchy.
• Strong knowledge and a hands on capability in some of the latest technologies
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, mentoring, conflict resolution, stress management, and collaboration skills.
