This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Information Technology, based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing the development and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring robust cybersecurity measures, implementing innovative technology solutions, and managing IT operations across all branches. The Head of IT will also lead a team of professionals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure efficiency in IT systems to meet the company's strategic goals. Collaboration with various departments to align technology strategies with business objectives will be a key responsibility.

• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, system administration, and database management
• Proven experience in IT project management, software development, and implementation of IT solutions
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, network security protocols, and data protection strategies
• Leadership experience, team management abilities, and strategic decision-making skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) is a plus
• Experience in a retail environment or similar industry is advantageous
