Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. As the Head of Information Technology, you will oversee IT strategy, manage IT operations, and maintain robust and scalable infrastructure. Responsibilities include leading IT projects, developing technological processes, ensuring system security, and aligning IT initiatives with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Information Technology, including knowledge of networking, systems, and software platforms
• Experience in IT Management and IT Operations, demonstrating strong leadership and operational planning capabilities
• Skills in IT Strategy and the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals
• Expertise in managing and developing IT Infrastructure to support organizational growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and team collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as ITIL or PMP are a plus
• Experience in the aviation or transportation industry is advantageous, but not mandatory
