- Lead and develop multidisciplinary security teams across Security Operations, Cyber Defence, IAM, Data Security and Enterprise Information Security.
- Drive security strategy, operational excellence and continuous technology modernization.
- Strengthen threat detection, incident response and vulnerability management.
- Partner with global security leadership and local stakeholders in a complex, matrix environment.
- Build high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders across geographies.
Role requirements
- Significant experience in cybersecurity leadership, with a strong technical foundation across multiple security domains.
- Proven track record of leading sizeable teams and developing other leaders.
- Experience managing cyber threats, incidents and security transformation.
- Strong global stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Financial services or regulated-industry experience preferred.
