Synergy Transformers Private Limited is seeking a Head of Human Resources for a full-time, on-site position located in Rajkot. In this role, you will oversee and guide all aspects of human resource practices, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and leading the HR team. Key responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, training and development, performance management, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate will drive strategic HR initiatives to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Extensive knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with experience ensuring compliance with regulations
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR Policies effectively
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus
• A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
