We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Human Resources to lead and scale our people function across a growing portfolio of solar and BESS projects. Driving force behind talent, culture, and organisational excellence as we accelerate India's clean energy transition.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for solar engineers, wind technicians & EPC specialists
- Design and deliver L&D programs covering renewable technology, safety protocols & green certifications
- Drive DEI, ESG culture & employee engagement across multi-site project locations
- Manage performance cycles, compensation bench marking & career development frameworks
- Ensure full compliance with Indian labour laws, POSH Act & multi-state HR regulations
- Partner with Project Heads on strategic workforce planning for new deployments and expansions
- Build and strengthen employer brand to attract top-tier talent in the clean energy sector
- Oversee HRIS management, payroll coordination & contract workforce governance
Key Requirements:
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience; energy / infrastructure / EPC sector strongly preferred
- Deep working knowledge of Indian labour law, statutory compliance & contract workforce management
- Proven experience managing dispersed HR operations across solar parks, wind farms & offices
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or similar
- Strong leadership with excellent stakeholder management & change management capabilities
- Track record of building HR functions from the ground up in fast-scaling organisations
- Excellent communication, data-driven decision-making & executive reporting skills
