Job Title: Head Human Resources (HR Head)

Job Summary:
The HR Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall Human Resources function of the organization. This role involves developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, driving a strong organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The HR Head will act as a strategic partner to leadership and support business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Provide guidance on change management and organizational restructuring initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all levels, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
- Build strong employer branding and talent pipelines.
- Ensure effective onboarding and induction processes.
Performance Management & Employee Development
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems and KPI frameworks.
- Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and conduct surveys to measure satisfaction.
- Act as a point of escalation for employee relations and conflict resolution.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Design and manage compensation structures, incentives, and benefits.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee HR operations including attendance, leave management, records, and documentation.
- Manage audits, statutory filings, and HR MIS/reporting.
Policy Development & Governance
- Draft, implement, and periodically review HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical HR practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1015 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 45 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and people management.
