Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Operations Head at Infocusp Innovations in Ahmedabad, India. The Head of HR operations will provide strategic direction and effective administration across all HR functions including statutory and legal compliance. Other specific job responsibilities are as follows:

  • Ensure smooth end-to-end employee lifecycle management (hire to exit)
  • Manage onboarding & exit processes with compliance, consistency, and experience focus
  • Maintain and improve HR systems, tools, and data accuracy (HRMS, payroll inputs, access coordination)
  • Address employee queries and operational HR support within defined SLAs
  • Handle employee records, documentation, and audits
  • Ensure policy adherence and statutory compliance, Statutory, legal, and policy compliance (labor laws, audits, documentation)
  • Execute payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compensation operations
  • Support access management & coordination (IT, Admin, Security) as per role definitions
  • Manage HR templates and documentation (offer letters, appointment letter, salary breakups, amendments, contracts, agreements, etc.)
  • Payroll management & accuracy (coordination, validation, exception handling)
  • POSH compliance & governance (policy, training, ICC coordination, reporting)
  • Leave management, insurance, and benefits administration
  • Company-wide Pulse Surveys design, execution, analysis, and department-level action tracking & Closure.
  • Talent Management to build la earning path for our employees.
  • Coordination with CXOs, Directors, and functional leaders on people initiatives
  • Behavioural & leadership competency development aligned to culture and values
  • Training & Development calendar to build organizational capability
  • Process standardization, continuous improvement, and risk control
  • Confidentiality, ethics, and employee trust stewardship
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement
  • Track and report HR operational metrics (turnaround time, errors, compliance status)
  • Strong Enable of Company Brand Building and CSR programs.
  • Support Great place to work Initiative
  • Host Quarterly Townhall Meet / All hands Meeting to ensure Companywide updates.
  • Manage training and hiring of recruiters, and manage assignments of Recruiters for the given job profiles
  • Be a facilitator for consolidated report for hiring pipeline
  • Bring new initiatives for hiring.
  • Manage and coordinate the ATS systems

Education & Professional Credentials

  • Master's degree in Human Resources / Labor Laws / Business Administration.
  • Formal exposure or certification in Labor & Statutory Compliance
  • Formal exposure or certification in Payroll & Compensation Operations
  • Formal exposure or certification in POSH End-to-end ownership of POSH policy, training, ICC coordination, and reporting
  • Exposure to HR audits, ISO / internal audits is a strong plus.

Experience Requirements

  • 1215 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 68 years in HR Operations leadership roles.
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end employee lifecycle (hire to exit).
  • Experience working in mid-to-large organizations (300+ employees) or fast-scaling companies.
  • Hands-on experience managing Payroll coordination & validations
  • Hands-on experience managing Statutory compliance & audits
  • Hands-on experience managing HRMS implementation/optimization
  • Hands-on experience managing Policy rollouts and governance
  • Exposure to Great Place to Work (GPTW) or similar culture initiatives preferred
  • Prior experience working closely with CXOs, Directors, and business leaders.
  • Ability to scale HR operations for future growth (500+ employees).
