Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes to build a strong workforce.
Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
Design and execute performance management systems to enhance employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies across all HR practices.
Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and organisational changes.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an equitable work environment.
Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Human Resources should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in HR leadership roles with GCCs
Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing HR processes effectively.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to drive change and implement innovative HR strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
