  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies across all HR practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and organisational changes.

  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Human Resources should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR leadership roles with GCCs
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing HR processes effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to drive change and implement innovative HR strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
